Here’s the thing— your wedding day is one of the biggest days of your life. But, it’s also only one day of a million in the time you get to spend with your partner. I want to help you throw a hell of a party, but I also want to capture your love in a way that’s genuine to the two of you.
Dance in a field until midnight surrounded by all your best friends? I’m in. Eat your favorite meal in a beautiful historic venue? Let’s do it. Travel to a bucket-list destination with close family? I can’t wait.
Ch 1. Inquire
Gimme all the deets. When & where you’re getting married- or if your date is flexible even better. Tell me how you and your partner met, what is super important to you on our wedding day, and anything else that you think I should know. Once you hit that send button I will respond to you within 24 hours, if not sooner. Your inquiry is important to me, and I show just how important by responding to each email as soon as I can.
Ch 2. Meet & Greet
Either in person or over a zoom call, I like to personally talk and meet with any potential client. Doing so gives us the opportunity to see if we are a good match and for you to ask me any and all questions. Nothing is off limits so come with your nitty gritty questions, afterall, you’re about to invest a lot of money into this day and a photographer and I want you to make the best decision for you and your partner.
Ch 3. Engagement Session
Each wedding package comes with an engagement session. I do this because I think it is super important to work together before the big day and so that you and your partner get more comfortable in front of the camera. Engagement pictures are also fun to use for Save the Dates and Invitations- you best believe I want a copy so I can proudly put it on my fridge. Engagement sessions can be during whatever season you prefer, normally last about 1-2 hours, consist of a formal & casual outfit, and can involve multiple locations.
Ch 4. Plan the Party
I’ve said it before and I will gladly say it again. I am here for you for the long run! Together, we can plan the biggest (or smallest) party of your dreams! I help with timelines, shot lists, other vendor recommendations, location scouting, and just being here if you need a second opinion. I will continually check in with you about how the planning process is going, and schedule planning calls and timeline checks whenever needed.
Ch 5. Wedding
Hot dog. It’s the wedding day! Get ready to soak in the day cause it goes by fast! Remember, this day is for the two of you. Schedule not going perfectly? That is okay, we can make up the time someplace else. No need to apologize, remember, your guests are here because they love YOU and they want to see you happy. I’m so gosh dang excited to be a part of your celebration and cannot wait to show you images. In fact, you will get at least 50 previews within 24 hours of your event. The rest of the gallery will be delivered around 4-6 weeks.
